PAYMENTS

At the time of booking you pay a small amount, according to the current offer.

Then you pay each month the amount you prefer (minimum $100 per person).

90 days before the travel date, half of the reservation must be paid.

60 days before the travel date the reservation must be paid in full.

We mainly accept payment by ZELLE. These are the details for payment by Zelle:

IMPORTANT: Please include the Invoice Number at the top of the invoice.

We also accept check, wire transfer or cash.

If the customer chooses to pay with any credit or debit card, we charge a 3% convenience fee.

The payment receipt is sent to the email on the reservation, the next business day after the money enters our bank.

If you do not receive your receipt by 5 PM the day after payment, please send us your reservation number and phone number so that our accounting department can contact you.

After each payment we send an invoice to the email of the reservation specifying the price of the reservation, how much has been paid and how much is still to be paid (BALANCE).

Reservations must be paid in full 60 days before the travel date.

Approximately 15 days before the travel date we send to the booking email the necessary documents for travel, along with advice and information about your trip.

For groups to Europe we prepare a pre-trip briefing at our offices where travel documents are handed out and advice and information about your trip is provided.

PASSPORT

You need a valid passport to travel by air to other countries from the United States.

No, many countries require visitors to have a passport that is at least 6 months old.

Children or infants traveling outside the United States must have the same documentation as an adult.

Minors under the age of 18 traveling without both parents on an international trip may be required to present a Letter of Consent.

It depends on the country you are traveling to and what passport you have.

U.S. citizens do NOT need a visa to travel to Europe, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Dubai.

U.S. permanent residents do NOT need a visa to visit the Dominican Republic and Mexico.

U.S. permanent residents DO need a visa to visit Dubai. We DO take care of obtaining the visa.

Permanent residents of the United States DO need a visa to visit Europe. We assist you in preparing the documentation for the visa application.

You should check the website of each country’s authorities to be aware of their requirements.

Cuban passport extensions are only necessary for travel to Cuba. They are not necessary for other countries.

The Cuban passport must be valid for 6 years. Many countries require visitors to have a passport with at least 6 months of validity.

You cannot travel alone with a permanent resident card.

You need a passport to travel by air to other countries from the United States.

TRAVEL

Approximately 15 days before the travel date we send to the booking email the necessary travel documents, along with tips and information about your trip.

For groups to Europe we prepare a pre-trip briefing at our offices where you will receive your travel documents and receive advice and information about your trip.

It depends on the conditions of your ticket and the airline. 

On our summer flights to Punta Cana and Cancun you can carry:

One cabin baggage and one personal accessory (Maximum weight 22 lbs.).

One 62 inch suitcase (height + width + length) and up to 50 lbs.

A child can travel on your lap until they are 2 years old.

After the age of 2, they must travel in a purchased seat.

If you encounter any inconvenience during your trip to Europe, you should contact the group guide, alert him/her of the problem and write down his/her name.

If you encounter any inconvenience during your trip to Punta Cana or Cancun, you should contact hotel customer service, our Nexus representative at the hotel, alert him/her of the problem and note his/her name.

In case the issue is not resolved, please contact your 305 Booking LLC travel agent via WhatsApp, email or call, while you are at the destination.

We will do everything in our power to improve your travel experience.

COVID

It depends on what each country requires at the time of your travel.

As of today (October 28, 2022) countries such as Dominican Republic, Mexico, Dubai, Turkey do NOT require Covid vaccination.

You should check the website of the authorities of each country to be aware of their requirements.

In addition, you have a link to the SHERPA website where you can find information on travel restrictions by country.

For departures from outside the United States, we can arrange hotel and transfer. The airfare would be booked by you.

From outside the USA payment must be by wire transfer.

We do not make reservations in Cuba.

CANCEL

Cancellation of a reservation is requested to 305 Booking LLC by the customer who paid for the reservation. Cancellation is requested by written notice. Verbal cancellation notices are not accepted. The date of cancellation is the date the written notice of cancellation is received by 305 Booking LLC. If the reservation is cancelled after it has been rescheduled, the cancellation refund is calculated based on the original departure date, prior to rescheduling.

 

 

The deposit is non-refundable. In addition, if there is a cancellation request the right to receive a refund is limited, as set forth in the following schedule:

  • Cancellation 59 to 46 days prior to departure will be eligible for 50% of the total price.
  • In case of cancellation 45 days prior to departure, a full penalty (no refund) will be applied.

 

Refunds by credit card will be made to the credit card used for payment. If the credit card used for the original payment is no longer available, the refund will be issued as a credit to be used for future travel with 305 Booking LLC. Payments received by cash / check / wire transfer may be refunded by wire transfer.

CUBA

It is possible to invite family members from Cuba to Punta Cana.

305 Booking LLC takes care of all the paperwork and facilitates the process for you.

305 Booking LLC offers vacations all over the world except Cuba.

We do not offer Cuba related services such as hotel and car reservations, package shipments, passport renewals, or airline tickets from Cuba to Nicaragua.
